Peter Parker Hits Europe in First Teaser for ‘Spider-Man: Far From Home’

Peter Parker aka Spider-Man and friends travel to Europe in the first teaser trailer for Marvel Studios’ Spider-Man: Far From Home.

Wanting to unburden himself from the responsibility of being Spider-Man, Peter Parker (Tom Holland) decides to head to Europe on vacation while leaving his superhero suit behind.

Unfortunately for him, trouble has followed him on holidays as he bumps into Nick Fury (Samuel L. Jackson) there, who makes him don the suit once again to help save his friends from some new foes.

Director Jon Watts is back directing this sequel to his 2017 smash hit Spider-Man: Homecoming, and judging by the first teaser trailer, we can expect much of the same tone as that film.

Far From Home looks to retain much of the same sense of humour as Homecoming, as well all of that films action and adventure elements.

Most of the young cast of the first film are back, with the inclusion of Jake Gyllenhaal to the film as the villain character Mysterio.

Well, Mysterio is classically a villain, however is portrayed as a hero in the short glimpse we see of him here, which is likely to change as the film’s story progresses.

The new teaser trailer has more than enough in it to satisfy fans of the Spider-Man film franchise that have been waiting for the first footage from the film.
The film hits cinemas on 4 July 2019.
