‘Masterminds’ – Trailer

A hilarious trailer for Masterminds starring Zach Galifianakis and Kristen Wiig has released, which may or may not feature all the best parts in the trailer.

Judging by the trailer the film looks like it will be hilarious, but there’s nothing worse than when a film’s trailer features a lot of the best parts of the comedy, ultimately leaving you disappointed when you watch it.

It’s possible there might be a bit of that here, but either way the trailer does plenty to get you interested in seeing the movie.

Masterminds is about a bunch of dopey criminals who rob a bank and then go on to splurge using their stolen money, and is apparently based on a true story.

The film is directed by Jared Hess, who also directed the cult classic Napoleon Dynamite starring John Heder and the not-so-classic Nacho Libre, starring Jack Black.

It looks like he’s set to deliver the goods when the film launches on 30 September in the USA.

It was originally scheduled to be released in August of last year, but was pushed to October of last year due to the production company’s financial struggles.

After being pushed back yet again, it’s now finally gotten a release date and the film also features the comedic talents of Owen Wilson, Jason Sudeikis, Leslie Jones and Kate McKinnon.

IMDB Synopsis:

A night guard at an armored car company in the Southern U.S. organizes one of the biggest bank heists in American history.
