‘Hotel Transylvania: Transformania’ Turns Drac’s Monster Team Human

The funny hospitality monster gang is back in the trailer for Sony Pictures Animation’s Hotel Transylvania: Transformania.

The latest entry in the popular animated Hotel Transylvania film franchise sees Drac (Brian Hull taking over from Adam Sandler) and his monster friends inadvertently turn themselves human, with hilarious consequences.

The franchise’s recurring human character, Johnny (Andy Samberg), also turns himself into a monster, and the race is on to find a cure before it’s too late, but not before the gang drives each other crazy!

Transformania is the fourth and final entry into the Hotel Transylvania film series, and it looks like a hoot.

Writers Todd Durham and Genndy Tartakovsky have kept this latest entry feeling fresh with its unique premise, and it feels like a suitably quirky way to end the series.

Transformania features an all-star voice cast that includes Andy Samberg, Selena Gomez, Kathryn Hahn, Keegan-Michael Key, Steve Buscemi, David Spade, Brian Hull, Fran Drescher, Jim Gaffigan and Molly Shannon.

The team at Sony Pictures Animation recently released a related short film called Monster Pets, which you can see here.

Hotel Transylvania: Transformania is due to arrive in Australian cinemas on 9 September 2021, while American and UK fans will be able to see it sooner on 23 July 2021.
