The new trailer for Marvel’s Black Widow explores the title character’s legacy and features a look at the epic action in the film.
Scarlett Johansson reprises her role as Natasha Romanoff, aka Black Widow, in the new film of the same name, as we’re taken back into the character’s past to discover the events and people that shaped her future as an Avenger.
While the film explores the character’s legacy, a new villain is introduced, threatening to bring her down.
Black Widow is forced to team up with her family, played here by Florence Pugh, David Harbour, and Rachel Weisz, to combat this new threat.
The new trailer highlights the character’s past while giving us a glimpse at some of the epic action we can expect come July 9.
It all looks outstanding and will surely be a hit with fans longing for a new Marvel Studios film to arrive.
The supporting cast is likewise excellent, and it seems as though Florence Pugh may be taking over the Black Widow mantle in future films.
Black Widow is directed by Aussie Cate Shortland, who most recently directed the fantastic thriller film Berlin Syndrome (2017).
