An all-star cast features in the upcoming comedy-horror zombie movie The Dead Don’t Die from director Jim Jarmusch.
The trailer doesn’t give away any of the plot, aside from what appears to be a zombie invasion of a small town, however, we get to see the film’s awesome cast and some of the humorous lines they exchange.
Bill Murray, Adam Driver and Chloë Sevigny play small-town cops in charge of taking control of the zombie invasion with some hilarity and violence involved.
The Dead Don’t Die claims to have the greatest cast (dis)assembled for any zombie movie and they wouldn’t be wrong.
Alongside the above-mentioned leads are Tilda Swinton, Steve Buscemi, Danny Glover, Caleb Landry Jones, Rosie Perez, Iggy Pop, Sara Driver, RZA, Selena Gomez, Carol Kane, Austin Butler, Luka Sabbat and Tom Waits.
It’s an amazing cast that should warrant the price of admission into this one, and director Jim Jarmusch’s pedigree should be a big drawcard.
Jarmusch recently directed Adam Driver in the film Paterson (2016) and has another horror film to his name with 2013’s Only Lovers Left Alive.
The Dead Don’t Die is scheduled for release on 14 June 2019, check out the cool new trailer for the film below.
