Blake Lively and Jason Clarke star in the upcoming drama/thriller All I See is You, a film that may have you wondering if you’re better off being blind.
Lively’s character Gina receives a corneal implant that allows her to regain her vision, thus being able to experience the world in a whole new light, which husband James (Clarke) finds threatening.
Gina realises the disturbing reality of their relationship and lives, when she suddenly starts to lose her sight again.
The trailer for this one conveys the above synopsis, however without going into too much detail about where things go wrong for the couple.
Instead, we’re subjected to quick cuts of thrilling, dramatic scenes that will appear in the movie as a way to build up the tension, and it works.
All I See is You looks like an intriguing thriller with some great performances from Blake Lively and Jason Clarke, under the guidance of standout director Marc Forster (Monster’s Ball, Stranger than Fiction).
Joining the two leads is fellow Aussie Yvonne Strahovski and Danny Huston.
Check out the trailer below before the film hits cinemas on 27 October 2017 in the USA (no confirmed local release date as of this writing).
